A dangerous line of storms moved through the area today producing possible tornadoes near Port Gibson and Alcorn State University along with Utica and Clinton. There are reports of cars being flipped over by the winds in Clinton at Walmart. Warren County Emergency Management Agency reports over 2,500 without power in Warren County. Reports of trees down at Campbell Swamp at Sherard, Oak Ridge at Rawhide RD, Stenson RD at Lefleur Drive, Tucker RD, Ridgelawn, Hankinson RD Poole RD, Fisher Ferry RD at Dudley, Sweetgum, Fisher Ferry at Dudley, Freetown, and Heather Drive. Trees and power lines down on Calvin at Burnthouse, Jeff Davis RD, and Ring RD. Serious flooding on North Washington and Sky Farm Avenue.
Stay out of areas with downed power lines. These are dangerous areas.
